Every price listed on Storefront includes a 20% service fee. The price you see when browsing spaces is the total amount charged — there are no additional fees added at checkout.
What the service fee covers:
Access to Storefront's marketplace and thousands of vetted short-term spaces worldwide.
Secure online payment processing and booking management tools.
Customer support throughout the booking process and during your rental.
Dispute resolution and mediation if issues arise between renters and listing owners.
Example:
If a space is listed at $500 per day, the 20% service fee is already included in that $500. The listing owner receives the remaining amount after Storefront's fee is deducted at payout.
For listing owners:
The 20% fee is deducted from the rental price before your payout is processed. The price you set in your listing is what renters pay — Storefront does not add fees on top of your listed price.
