Message the owner directly to request a visit — suggest a few dates and times that work for you.
What to check during your visit:
Does the space match the photos and description in the listing?
Is the layout suitable for your setup and number of attendees?
Are the lighting, ventilation, and facilities adequate for your event type?
Is there adequate street access, loading, or parking for your needs?
Ask the owner about Wi-Fi, power outlets, furniture availability, and any restrictions that may apply.
Site visits are free and there is no obligation to book after visiting. Once you are satisfied the space is the right fit, you can book and pay online to confirm your reservation.
