Log in to your Storefront account, open "Projects" in the top bar and find the conversation with the listing owner. Select "Request a call or visit" to arrange a call or visit with the listing owner through Storefront. The space address and phone numbers appear in the conversation as soon as the listing owner accepts your request.
If you attempt to exchange contact information (such as phone or email) to arrange a space visit, Storefront will block this information. We request that you make arrangements via the platform so that we can access your conversation in the event someone from our team needs to assist you.
