Storefront intentionally withholds the exact address of a listing until a space visit is confirmed or a booking is completed. This policy protects listing owners from unsolicited visits and maintains trust on both sides of the marketplace.
What information is visible before booking:
The neighbourhood and general area (e.g. "SoHo, New York City").
An approximate map location pinned to the neighbourhood, not the exact building.
Photos, floor plan, capacity details, and full description of the space.
How to get the exact address:
Schedule a site visit — once a visit is confirmed with the listing owner, the exact address is shared so you can attend in person.
Complete your booking — after payment is processed, the full address is included in your booking confirmation email.
Ask via messaging — you can request the address directly from the listing owner through Storefront’s messaging system once you have an active inquiry.
If you need the address to confirm logistics before committing, the easiest step is to schedule a free site visit first.
