Message the listing owner directly via Storefront's messaging system to confirm the amount and terms before booking.
How security deposits work:
The deposit amount and payment method are agreed upon between you and the listing owner.
Deposits are typically collected separately from the booking payment and refunded after the rental period, provided the space is returned in the same condition.
If any damage occurs, the owner may deduct repair or cleaning costs from the deposit before returning the remainder.
