Once a booking is approved, payments are typically processed within 3–7 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank and the payment method used.

How the timeline works:

  • The clock starts from the date the booking is confirmed and payment is authorized.

  • ACH bank transfers (the most common method) generally take 3–5 business days to settle.

  • Credit card payments may settle slightly faster, but refunds or adjustments can take longer.

  • Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days and will add to the total processing time.

Common reasons for delays:

  • Incorrect bank account details entered during payout setup.

  • Your bank placing a hold on incoming transfers — common for first-time transfers from a new source.

  • The booking was approved close to a weekend or public holiday period.
