Renting a space on Storefront is a straightforward process. Here is how it works from start to finish:
Enter your dates — On the listing page, enter your preferred start and end dates along with your event type.
Send an inquiry — Click the green inquiry button to send your request to the listing owner. Include relevant details about your event (number of attendees, setup requirements, any specific questions).
Connect with the owner — The listing owner will respond via Storefront's messaging system. This is your opportunity to ask questions, confirm space details, and negotiate terms if needed.
Schedule a site visit — If you would like to see the space in person before committing, arrange a visit with the owner. This is free and highly recommended for multi-day bookings.
Confirm and pay online — Once you are happy with the space and terms, confirm your booking and complete payment securely through Storefront. Your booking is not confirmed until payment is processed.
After payment, you will receive a booking confirmation email with the full address and any access instructions provided by the owner. If you have questions at any point, contact support@thestorefront.com.
