Here’s a summary of our Cancellation Policy for renters:
If you cancel thirty (30) days or more in advance of the Move-In Date, you’ll be refunded 50% of your booking cost, minus the Service Fee.
Renters are not permitted to cancel less than thirty (30) days prior to their move-in date.
This is our standard cancellation policy, but if your listing owner requires you to sign a custom lease or license agreement, different cancellation terms may apply. If you need more flexibility to cancel, you are free to negotiate special cancellation terms when you sign a custom agreement.
