If the occupancy is less than 30 days, we recommend that listing owners keep electric and water running for the short-term tenant and factor it into the rent. If the occupancy is over 30 days, listing owners can provide utility setup information to the short-term tenant upon booking. Ultimately, the decision lies with the listing owner and how he or she would like to structure the rental agreement.
