You can check the status of your inquiries in your Storefront inbox. Please login to your Storefront account, by clicking “Messages” on the upper right-hand corner of the website. There you will be able to see all your inquiries as well as all the messages in your inbox. If the other party does not answer your question, we encourage that you ask again.
If someone is being unreasonably unresponsive (e.g., taking longer than 48 hours), please let us know by clicking the chat icon at the lower left-hand section of the screen, or by sending an email to support@thestorefront.com with a subject of “Unresponsive."
