Storefront Cancellation Policy

At Storefront, we discourage cancellations by renters and space owners. But we also know that things come up that require you to cancel your booking. Here’s our cancellation policy for brands (renters) and space owners. ‚Äč

Important: if the brand and space owner reach a separate agreement, that cancellation policy takes precedent over Storefront’s policy and protection.


Cancellation Policy for Brands

  • If you, the brand, cancels the booking within the first  24 hours of the booking being completed, you’ll be refunded your full booking cost. Service fees will not be refunded.

  • Cancellations aren’t allowed if it more than 24 hours since the booking has been paid. The rental cost and service fees will not be refunded.

  • If the space representative cancels your booking, the full booking cost and service fees will be refunded to you.

Cancellation Policy for Space Representative

  • If you, the space representative, cancels the booking then the full booking cost and service fees will be refunded to the brand.

  • If the brand cancels the  booking within the first  24 hours of the booking being completed, they will be refunded their full booking cost.
  • Cancellations aren’t allowed if it is been more than 24 hours since the booking has been paid. The full rental cost and service fees will be refunded to you.
